What we collect
Account information (name, email, phone, role, timezone), content you upload (video, images, documents, captions, notes), and usage data generated by using the app (shoot schedules, review notes, performance metrics, activity logs).
How we use it
To run the agency workflow you're using this app for: scheduling, content review, client reporting, and the notifications you've opted into (email, SMS, push). We also use uploaded content and brand context with Anthropic's API to generate captions, content ideas, and analysis you've explicitly requested inside the app.
Who we share it with
The services this app runs on, each only for the purpose of running the app:
- Supabase (database, authentication)
- Cloudflare R2 (file storage)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Go High Level (SMS delivery)
- Anthropic (AI-generated captions, ideas, and analysis)
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone outside of running this app.
Retention and deletion
Deleting your account archives it: you're locked out immediately, but your account isn't permanently erased right away, so your team's shared history (who approved what, past reports) stays intact. An organization owner or admin can permanently and irreversibly delete an archived account on request.
